What is included in my registration fee?

Your delegate package includes access to the exhibition hall, all sessions in the Theatre Hall, Networking & Coffee breaks and drinks reception across 2 days

What is the deadline to register for this event?

We don’t have a strict deadline set in place however we recommend that you register as soon as possible. We are following government regulations around events and large gatherings

How will I know that my registration is confirmed?

As soon as you have completed the payment for your online registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an invoice and a digital ticket. Please note that if you have requested to Pay by Invoice, you will only receive a confirmation of your registration after we have received payment.

Can I buy a ticket for sessions or exhibition & networking separately?

We do not offer separate tickets at iGaming NEXT Valletta 2021. All our tickets include access to the exhibition hall where you can network with our sponsors and other delegates as well as access to the theatre hall where you can watch the sessions live.

Can I register in person at the event?

Yes, we will accept walk-ins, however, we strongly recommend that you register in advance to avoid cues on the day. Please note that we only accept card payments onsite.

Is there a group discount available?

We offer 10% discount for a minimum of 3 tickets purchased and 25% from 11 tickets purchased and above. The group discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promo codes.

What COVID-19 safety measures are being taken into consideration?

We are committed to follow all the government protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19. We will continue updating the Health & Safety Policy around Covid-19 closer to the event when clear announcements around safety requirements will be made official for events and exhibitions.

Will you conduct temperature checks?

Yes, we will have thermometers onsite and we will be checking everyone’s temperature upon entry at the venue. We strongly advise that you do not attend the event if you have any flu like symptoms:

  • high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
  • new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
  • a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

If you have any of the above symptoms, please stay at home and call the Public Health helpline on 111.

Do I have to wear a face mask?

Yes, wearing a face mask is unfortunately a requirement.

Is there a dress code?

As this is a business conference, we recommend all attendees to wear smart casual attire. Whilst we recommend wearing comfortable shoes, please avoid wearing beach shoes.

How do I get a name badge?

Once you have registered and paid for your ticket you will receive a confirmation e-mail including your invoice and digital ticket. Please bring your ticket with you on the day, printed or digital. At the registration kiosk we will scan your ticket and print your conference badge.

At what time should I arrive?

We recommend you to arrive in the morning as soon as the first session starts so you don’t miss out on important industry updates. However, depending on your schedule you can arrive at any other time you prefer, registration will be open 8.00am – 7.30pm

Where can I see a list of who is attending?

A list of companies registered to attend the event will be posted on the website in the following weeks.

Will there be Wi-Fi available at the event?

There will be free Wi-Fi available at the venue, we will provide you with the login details during registration.

Will speaker presentations be available after the event?

All conference materials will be sent to delegates post-event via e-mail.
