The All-In Diversity Project, an industry-led not-for-profit initiative benchmarking diversity, equality and inclusion (DE&I) across the global betting and gaming industry, has released the fourth edition of its All-Index™ survey.

The survey, which has been developed in partnership with the Centre of Diversity & Policy Research and Practice at Oxford Brookes University Business School, is available to any organisation whether it be an operator, provider, supplier, regulator, association or other entity within the sector.

The data collected is used to produce the All-Index™, which is an annual industry report on the state of DE&I.

“We are calling upon all businesses in betting and gaming to take part in the survey,” said All-in Diversity Project co-founder Kelly Kehn.

“The more companies that get involved help us paint a clearer picture for how we, as an industry, operate.

“More involvement helps us uncover innovative practices that can be shared with the wider world and bring to light the connection between inclusive companies and commercial success,” she added.

More about the All-Index™, as well as a link to the live survey, can be found here.

The 2022 edition of the Index highlighted trends in a post-pandemic industry and showcased the need to focus on female talent at both the entry level and in senior leadership positions.

This year, with more regulation happening across the world, there are more questions around ethnicity, as well as deeper dives into executive and non-executive board structures.
