Experienced compliance leader
Westcott brings more than 25 years of compliance experience within the financial technology and gaming industries to his new role.
Most recently, he served as the global head of compliance for Nuvei, an international payment service provider.
His prior experience includes vice president and director roles with Fortune 500 companies Fiserv and First Data.
Notably, during his tenure in financial technology, Westcott developed regulatory compliance programmes and control frameworks that facilitated financial institutions and financial technology service providers’ operations within the gaming industry.
Westcott’s career also has roots in the gaming sector, with leadership roles at Caesars Entertainment, Osage Casinos and the Isle of Capri Casinos.
He started his gaming career at Jumer’s Casino & Hotel, which now operates as Bally’s Quad Cities.Pioneering RG and social impact initiatives
Barlow boasts over a decade of experience in designing and managing responsible gaming and corporate social responsibility programmes for gaming industry companies.
Before joining Bally’s, Barlow played a crucial role in shaping Rush Street Interactive’s (RSI) corporate social responsibility strategy.
She led the implementation of RSI’s responsible gaming initiatives and collaborated with C-suite executives and external industry experts to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programmes, CSR initiatives, and the company’s first community engagement and employee volunteerism programme.
Barlow’s commitment to responsible gaming and social impact extends beyond her professional role.
She is a committee member of the diversity, equity and inclusion committee for Global Gaming Women, chairs the responsible gaming committee for the National Council on Problem Gambling, serves as a board member for the Massachusetts Council on Gaming and Health, and is a committee member of African Americans in Gaming.
Bally’s Corporation currently oversees and manages 15 casinos spanning across 10 states, a New York-based golf course, a Colorado horse racetrack, and access to online sports betting in 18 states.
The company’s diversified portfolio includes online operator Bally’s Interactive International, sports betting platform Bally Bet and iCasino platform Bally Casino.
