Polish bookmaker STS lists on Warsaw Stock Exchange

Investors acquired approximately 46.9m shares, representing 30% of the share capital of parent company STS Holding. CEO Mateusz Juroszek and his family maintain 70% of the shareholding in the company.
STS claims to be the largest bookmaker in terms of revenue in Poland, and also operates internationally thanks to licences in Great Britain and Estonia. In addition to sports betting, the operator offers virtual sports, online casino and esports betting.“The first day of listing of STS Holding shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange is the culmination of many months of hard work of the entire team of the group and our partners who supported us in this demanding process,” said Juroszek.
