Fast Track integrates Greco gameplay risk engine into CRM solution
iGaming CRM solution provider Fast Track has integrated Greco’s gameplay risk engine to help improve player segmentation and operational efficiency.
Greco is a gameplay risk management platform providing risk-based customer segmentation and automated player communications, allowing operators to deter players from “dubious” behaviour, such as bonus abuse.
This will help operators adopt a preventative approach which significantly improves their operational marketing efficiencies, Fast Track said.
Greco’s risk engine will now be available via a one-click integration, allowing the more than 100 operators using Fast Track’s CRM solution to benefit from the product without diverting their development or integration resources.
