Fast Track opens new Miami headquarters and selects new MD of Americas

CRM specialist Fast Track has expanded its footprint into the US with the launch of a new Americas headquarters in Miami, Florida.

The firm said that its new HQ will assist with the demand it is experiencing following rapid growth in recent years, enabling it to continue expanding within the US market.

The headquarters is expected to open at the start of 2023.

In addition to supporting its growth in the US, Fast Track will also use the North American base to cater to its operator-centric customer base in Canada and Latin America.

As part of the supplier’s US expansion, chief commercial officer Jean-Luc Ferrière has also been appointed MD of Americas, which he will undertake alongside his existing role.

”We‘ve been watching the American market for some time and I personally can’t wait to take things to the next level,” Ferrière said.

“This marks a major milestone in Fast Track’s expansion into the Americas and will further reinforce our position as the leading CRM company within the industry.

“It will also enable us to provide world-class support to new and existing partners within this region,” he added. 

Fast Track’s main headquarters are based in Malta, while the firm also holds a physical presence in Sweden.
