iGaming Academy unveils new AML and RG training courses

Industry training provider iGaming Academy has relaunched its flagship Anti Money-Laundering (AML) & Counter-Terrorist Financing and Responsible Gaming (RG) training courses.

The eLearning courses are now available in a “plug-in” format for businesses who operate in multiple jurisdictions. Learners can take ‘foundation’ modules followed by a tailored combination of ‘jurisdiction-specific’ and then ‘supplementary’ modules.

In 2022, iGaming Academy issued over 217,000 completion certificates.

The updated AML and RG courses cover jurisdiction-specific content for several European markets, including Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Italy, Malta, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands and the UK.

Over the last two years, UK-licensed operators have faced repeat sanctions for AML and social responsibility failings in the eyes of the Gambling Commission.

With the new “plug-in” format, businesses can now add their own complementary content, such as company-specific materials or bespoke messaging.
