Q&A with Cezara Iovu
Q: You have chosen the MCC in Valletta as the venue for the next instalment of iGaming NEXT. What are your reasons for this decision?A: The answer to this is quite simple. The MCC in Valletta is a remarkably beautiful venue that can leave one feeling in awe at the very first sight. Once you find yourself exploring the various rooms and hallways you feel transcended in time. The experience is nothing but unique and that’s the X factor we are looking for to add value to our already fantastic 2021 Valletta project and allow our delegates to create amazing memories as we pace together towards Brighter Futures.
Q: The title of the event is “Disrupting the status quo”. What can we expect from an event that is aiming in disrupting the status quo?
A: Disrupting the status quo is almost an iGaming NEXT mission statement, besides being a positive force in the industry! We are an extremely creative and talented team, and our goal is to be versatile and bring change. As one wise man once said – We have come from the Dark Ages to Enlightenment by asking risky questions. You can assume iGaming NEXT is all about taking smart risks and bringing the best content, industry leaders and high-level organisations under the same roof, and this time around it’s definitely one of the greatest ‘roofs’ in the world.
Q: Who do we get to meet at iGaming NEXT 2021?Expect to meet the most exciting figures in the industry! Our research team is internationally focused as we aim to cover different regions and bring top firms’ speakers to share their valuable knowledge and insights. iGNV 2021 is not only a content-driven conference, but networking focused too, and we are looking forward for everybody to meet our Sponsors & Partners, who undoubtedly will showcase the best products and solutions for your business.
Q: It seems like there are quite a few activities and events happening during the week of the iGNV 2021 conference. Can you give us a snapshot of the schedule?
We will also host drinks receptions at the end of each conference day on the rooftop of the MCC, from where you can view the Grand Harbour, anchored between the idyllic fusion of the sky and the Mediterranean. So yes, lots to look forward to, and we hope to see as many of you there as possible! We will post more information about these events in due course so please keep an eye on our website!
Q: Finally, what are you looking most forward to?
A: I look forward to seeing everyone having a fabulous time, attending the conference sessions, having great conversations, and discovering the #breathtakingviews at MCC.
