Rank Interactive CFO Janice Duncan officially stood down as of yesterday (31 May) and will now join Casumo as group CFO.

Announcing the news on LinkedIn, Duncan expressed her thanks to colleagues from across Rank Interactive, saying she was “proud of the progress made in some often challenging times”.

“As part of the Digital Leadership Team under [managing director] Jon Martin, we’ve seen successive quarter-on-quarter growth and I look forward to reading about their ongoing success, as well as the continued success of the overall Rank Group,” Duncan added.

Duncan spent around two and a half years as Rank Interactive CFO after joining the business in January 2021.

Prior to that role, she climbed the ranks at William Hill, culminating in the position of finance director for UK Online, having previously worked in financial planning at Coral.

Before entering the gaming sector in 2013, Duncan held various finance-related positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland and RBS Insurance.

She will now join Casumo’s new-look management team under CEO Francesco Postiglione, who was appointed to the role in March after joining the company from Croatian sports betting giant Hattrick-PSK.

Commenting on Duncan’s LinkedIn post yesterday, Postiglione said: “On behalf of the entire leadership team, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you as our new chief financial officer.

“We are thrilled to have you on board and look forward to collaborating with you to drive our company’s financial strategy and growth.

“Your expertise and insights will undoubtedly be invaluable as we navigate new opportunities and challenges together,” he added.
