Future Anthem has appointed Jessica Wu as head of marketing as the company continues its US expansion plans.
Wu, whose experience includes regulated markets, go-to-market strategies and acquisition marketing, will be responsible for spearheading Future Anthem’s future marketing efforts.
She arrives at the AI-led iGaming provider after two years at Betway as head of marketing for Canada.
In that position, Wu was responsible for leading the country-specific marketing strategy as the operator made its regulated Canadian debut in the province of Ontario.
“I am passionate about crafting stories that resonate and building brands that people love,” said Wu.
“It’s an optimal time to build out the marketing strategy and I’m very excited to join the team – we plan to focus more on our AI products and the amazing results they are achieving for our customers and their players.
“The company is making great waves within the industry – I couldn’t be happier to be part of this journey as we continue to grow from strength to strength,” she added.

Wu’s appointment follows the supplier’s multi-million Series A funding close last year, credited at the time by CEO Leigh Nissim as a “monumental shift” for the team.
Since closing the round, the London-based company has grown its workforce by 54% in the last 12 months, including the appointment of Matt Nichols as general manager of the Americas, Laura Bird as CFO and Ian Tibot as CPO.
Nissim said of the latest appointment: “We are home to the brightest minds in the business, and I am thrilled to be welcoming Jessica to the Future Anthem team.
“She brings valuable industry and market experience, having enjoyed demonstrable success at Betway in North America, and she comes equipped with fresh and exciting ideas that can help propel us to new heights as we continue our global expansion,” he added.
