He is set to replace Jonas Mattsson, who has acted as the company’s CFO since 2015 but recently decided not to renew his contract beyond its current term.
Mattsson will continue to support Zeal as a special adviser until early 2024, in order to ensure a seamless transition period.
Under the role, Bielski will assume responsibility for Zeal Network’s finance, investor relations and ESG functions.
He joins from German energy supplier Energiekonzepte Deutschland GmbH, where he has acted as CFO since December 2022.
Prior to that role, Bielski was CFO for loan agency Smava GmbH, between 2015 and 2022.
Before that, he acted as VP of corporate finance and chief strategy officer for online food delivery service Delivery Hero.

Overall, Bielski boasts more than 10 years’ experience in leading management functions at high-growth, consumer-focused online companies, as well as eight years in investment banking and private equity, Zeal said.
